1. Acceptance

By using QuickMali, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. What QuickMali Does

QuickMali helps users track customers, loans, payments, due dates, confirmations, statements, reminders, settings, and analytics.

QuickMali is a record-keeping and productivity tool. It is not a bank, credit provider, debt collector, law firm, accountant, or financial adviser.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Entering accurate customer, loan, payment, and business information.
  • Checking balances, interest, discounts, statements, and due dates before acting on them.
  • Getting permission where required before storing another person's information.
  • Using confirmation links, statements, and notifications lawfully and respectfully.
  • Complying with credit, consumer, privacy, tax, and record-keeping laws that apply to you.

4. No Legal Or Financial Advice

QuickMali may show calculations, reminders, analytics, and suggested guidance. These are informational only and should not be treated as legal, credit, accounting, or financial advice.

5. Loan Agreements

QuickMali records and displays loan information, but it does not create a complete legal loan agreement by itself. Users should make sure their lending documents, interest charges, fees, disclosures, and collections follow the law.

6. Accounts And Security

You must keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by QuickMali's own proven fault.

7. Availability

QuickMali may be unavailable because of maintenance, hosting issues, internet problems, database problems, browser/device limitations, or service provider failures.

8. Notifications

Notifications are provided as a convenience. They may be delayed, blocked, or unavailable depending on device settings, browser support, internet connection, permissions, or hosting setup. You remain responsible for checking due dates and important records.

9. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, QuickMali is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, missed collections, incorrect records entered by users, device/browser notification failures, or decisions made from unchecked information.
